Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church of Joliet, located at 212 Richards St. in Joliet, Illinois has been serving in our community for over 40 years.  We are a church built upon the Apostles doctrine striving to glorify Jesus Christ in our community & world. Join Bishop J.E. & 1st Lady Tecola Moore & the entire Christ Temple Church every Sunday at 11:30am as we worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

Our Vision:  To become a compassionate and nurturing church that spreads forth the perfect unconditional love of Christ to those that are lost and in need.

Our Mission:  To worship God, evangelize the unsaved, empower the Saints, and train them for service (Jn 4:24; Mk 16:15-16; Eph 4:11-13).

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God written by men moved by the Holy Ghost (1 Peter 1:21).

We believe in one God who is infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes and purpose, omniscient and omnipresent (Eph 4:1-6).  We believe that He was revealed to us in His comforting grace which never leaves those who trust Him (Titus 2:11-14)

We believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus (I Corinthians 15:1-9).

We believe in baptism with water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.  We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues, as the spirit of God gives utterance.  This constitutes "THE NEW BIRTH" (Acts 2:38).

We believe in the holy, sanctified life, divine healing, communion and foot-washing (Heb 12:14, James 5:14, John 13:4, 17, I Cor 10:23-28, I Thess 4:14-17).

We believe in the glorious catching away of the saints (Rapture) to meet the Lord in the air, to ever be with the Lord.  We believe in not forsaking the assembling together as the manner of some (Heb 10:25)
